Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.
Please note that NAVA does not offer free shipping at this time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@navapouch.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
